Recipe 1: Clear soup

1. Take 2 chopped spring onions in a bowl
2. Crush and add 1 garlic clove
3. Grate 1 small piece of ginger in it
4. Now, add ½ chopped carrot
5. 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
6. Also add 2 chopped celery leaves
7. Now add 2 cups of water in a large pan
8. Put all these ingredients and boil for 15 min
9. Add salt and pepper for taste and serve hot

Recipe 2: Fruit salad

1. Take 1 peeled and diced apple in a bowl
2. Add 1 diced mango (seasonal)
3. 1 peeled and diced pear
4. Now, add one peeled orange

For dressing:

5. Take 1 ½ tsp of lemon juice in a small bowl
6. Add 1 tsp of honey
7. And 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
8. Whisk this well and add to the fruit mixture
9. Mix well & your salad is ready
